Shipping Method: We partner with BOB Go for all our shipping needs. BOB Go offers reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons such as December periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Allow 2 additional days for processing if payments are made on a Sunday or a public holiday.

Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders, with rates calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your shipment. Expected delivery may be between 5-7 working days.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within The Republic of South Africa. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future to serve customers worldwide.
